Here at Hunter Gatherer Coaching we tackle nutrition as the foundation but also look at other elements of your lifestyle that may be holding you back.

We believe that the standard low-fat, high-carb, everything in moderation advice is complete nonsense. Repairing your relationship with food is critical in order to achieve food freedom.

Ultimately our clients end up with more energy, better sleep, feeling lighter, brighter and clearer. Results include improved energy and performance, weight loss or gain depending on goals, a healthier mind, and body, a strong sense of balance, well-being and happiness.
